Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to assist you so you can make the best choices prior to any purchase. However, we know that sometimes “things come up” and this is why we work to make any product returns as painless as possible.

The “Return” Basics:

• Almost every physical product we sell is returnable within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened items may be subject to a 20 – 50% restocking fee depending on whether we produced the items in-house or through a vendor. This fee is waived for defective product exchanges (for the same item).
• All shipping costs are covered by us if the product is defective within the first 30 days or if the return is the result of our error. The buyer is responsible for round trip shipping costs on all other returns.
• A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required so we can keep track of your return and make sure it is processed promptly. Please send us an email at RMA@gps-SpeakerMarketing.com and we will send you an RMA number.

Full Return Policy Details:

• All returned products must be returned in their original packaging in “like new” condition. Assembled items may need to be disassembled.
• Items are inspected prior to issuance of credit.
• Depending on the source of the product, specific shipping instructions may be included with your RMA number.

Order Cancellations:

Please call us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. We will make every attempt to cancel your order before it ships.

• We will confirm all cancellation requests. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product. Refunds are issued in the same manner order was paid.
